Mukkes heeft de motor weer in elkaar zitten, maar om de auto te starten moet de accu opgeladen worden. Gaat dit lukken "the african way?"De Three Left Hands reizen door Afrika met hun bus de "Doutzen Cruiser" onderweg doen ze vrijwilligers werk. Dit doen ze via het zogenoemde en zelfbedachte principe van Guerilla-volunteering; ze kloppen (vaak letterlijk) aan bij een lokaal goed doel, organisatie of ziekenhuis en vragen hoe ze kunnen helpen.

The guys from the Three Left Hands travel across Africa using their bright orange van named "Doutzen Cruiser", named after Dutch topmodel Doutzen Kroes. Wherever they come they try to help local civilians with their Guerilla-volunteering: they ask (usually literary) a non-profit organization, charity fund or hospital how they can help.
